I think that if i made a new endng it would be that maybe Soda gets to see his girlfried (Sandy) and that maybe Poyboy starts to get good grades in school. I think that one thing i would make different for sure in the end is that Darry got to have a good time before he died and that maybe he got to see all of his friends and tell all of them goodbye. Also I think that maybe Johnny and Dally shouldn't have died right away together. TaylorS
i would have the ending be like. They all would be in the house, and all go to bead. When they wake up the cops would show up and try to put the boys in a little boys home. like what they were afrade of going. then the kids would put up a big fight and get away for a while and go get the rest of the gang and fight the cops. but then they all go in a boys home.
I think the new ending should of been that Johnny shouldn't have died, he survived the accident. Also that Ponyboy stopped smoking and got better in school.
I would make the ending different. I would make Johny stay alive and dally only get injured. But have Ponyboy and Sodapop go to a home. And then the rest of the gang tries to sneak them out of the foster home. Alex I.
